Dark Qiviut

Back when I first watched Maud Couple, I was not happy that Maud stood Pinkie up (to be with Mudbriar) without leaving even a note. It remains the worst part of the episode by far! There was plenty of humor, but the circumstances cause the jokes to fail, and Pinkie was right to panic and be upset. Maud's very insensitive action conflicts with how aware she actually is with Pinkie and her feelings (despite not showing it from time to time) and indirectly created the episode's conflict. That said, I'm glad she immediately apologized for it without being confronted about it: It lessens the sting quite a bit.
