    Because I live in NYC, I was near the path of totality. At its peak, 90% of the sun was blocked.

    To say it was incredible was an understatement. I saw the partial eclipse in 2017; while that was incredible, this was more awe-inspiring. It's something I have never seen before.

    Did I notice some differences as the moon blocked the sun? You bet.

    1. The temperature dropped about 10 degrees.

    2. The sky became darker, less vibrant, and saw some street lamps turn on.

    3. The shadows sharpened.

    The clouds cooperated just enough for me to witness it.

    What a great treat as I approach my birthday, which is this Wednesday. :PIPPIPHURRAY:

      It was wild for me too, my friend.
      For a moment, it almost felt like there was no sun. It got so dark, you would have thought the sky was covered in thick clouds if you weren't outside watching. :laugh:

      Tis quite good. The pacing is a bit all over the place at parts, but it certainly has put a great foundation down with season 1.
