    The LA Clips sent a HUGE message to both the Lakers and everyone in the NBA in their 48-point blowout last night. They look fresh, hungry, and angry. (I'd thought I'd never say that about the Clippers, a once big laughingstock.)

      I'm also inclined to say every line from the ending to the play of Hearth's Warming Eve too. It rivals Fluttershy's line in TLR, in cheesiness, and not the good kind cheese like Flash Gordon or G Gundam's ending

    I just quickly reminded myself how much I *HATE* the PPG episode "Mime for a Change." The reason: After the Powerpuff Girls sang "Love Makes the World Go 'Round," they assaulted a redeemed Rainbow the Clown.

    Honestly, if anyone stopped watching Family Guy because of episodes like Seahorse Seashell Party, I don't blame them. The moral was godfucking offensive, and they treated a realistic thing simply for cheap laughs.

      I stopped watching once I heard about the Terri Schiavo song (patently offensive and unfunny) and the Palin/Down Syndrome joke (not completely offensive, but plain weak), though I haven't watched either episode. I find Family Guy becoming increasingly more dependent on shock humor with little satirical value, thus, I don't care to watch it anymore.     What really grosses you out? For me, a closeup of a bug, whether it's their head, eyes, or overhead. Bug closeups scare the absolute SHIT outta me!

    TheMysteriousMrEnter is usually a great reviewer, but his review (and follow-up) of Daring Don't did nothing to prove how good the episode was. If anything, he made DDon't look just as bad, if not worse.

    At this point, I can only count just a handful of surely good episodes this season: Castle Mane-ia, Rarity Takes Manehattan, Pinkie Apple Pie, Pinkie Pride, and Twilight Time.

      And I haven't even talked about the more obnoxious pop culture references, continuity being over-relied on, the failed experiments of self-contained action episodes, and the jarring pacing.

       

      I hate to say it, but if the rest of S4 doesn't get its act together soon, I'll rank it worse than S3.

      Me too, then again I am always excited for an AJ episode. It just feels like they aren't sure what direction to take this season, we have a bit hint with the keys but other than that it is all over the place.

      That movie could've been better than it was. In fact, the concept was completely different before Michael Eisner started screwing around with it. I also never cared for Mark Dindal's style as a director (although Faust's first job came under him). And the sexism. Not only was Chicken Little switched from female to male due to demographics, but the way they allowed Foxy Loxy's personality to be flipped at the end sends the message that tomboys are evil, raging bullies and that...

    The one blip I have for Twilight Time was the continuity error in DT, SS, and the rest of the CMC's classmates suddenly lavishing over Twilight and her status (if this was an early-season episode, I'd be fine with it). Otherwise, I like it quite a bit and, at this point, call it a good episode.
