    If I wanted to get started on learning vector graphics, what program (Windows 7 64 bit) is good to start with?

      I'd highly suggest going for good 'ol Adobe Illustrator, it's the industry standard after all :P

       

      I really haven't seen that much differences between programs when it comes to Vector Graphics. They all have the pen tool and that's all you really need.
