  1. Bacon and fried eggs on toast with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce, with fried onion on the side, orange juice during and coffee afterwards, with a reload on the coffee.
  2. I liked it. I've been vaguely aware of Vivziepop for a while now, so I'm glad to see her getting some exposure. It's amazing that in this day and age, we can get high quality content like this from amateurs (as in the not-professional sense, not the disparaging sense). Charlie is (obviously) my fave, and I like the way they hint that she's got her own well of evil hidden behind the perkiness. Plus, I love songs with very fast sung lyrics. Then there's the fact she seems to at least half squeaky toy. Who doesn't like squeaky toys? Alastor is pretty cool, too. I think the radio voice is one of the best parts. Although, I worry that he's a wee bit OP. It's hard to generate tension or suspense when he can solve any conflict with a snap of the fingers. Still, I have to give props to him for delivering one of the best lines so far: "Dee-heer, if I wanted to hurt anyone here... I would have done so already." Complete with making the whole video go static, as if even the fourth wall is no protection. Brrr. Angel Dust is fine and all, just not really my thing. Overall, Hasbin Hotel just oozes creativity (or maybe demon slime, hard to tell those apart sometimes), and I'm eager to see where they take the show from here on out. Oh, yes... any guesses on who Charlie's mom is? I'm guessing...
  3. I respectfully disagree, but to each their own.
  4. Oh, but you can't get cuter than Charlie... Am i rite?
  5. Whoops. Sorry for the double (ahem... triple) post.

  6. Still one of my favorite anime openings:

    1. Lord Valtasar

      Lord Valtasar

i haven't watched bleach yet, but i know Yui has an opening for it, so i'd say that one is my favorite

  7. Still one of my favorite anime openings:

  8. Joker is a good movie, but it's not a supervillain origin story. Joker's Joker =/= the comic book Joker. It's an alternative take on the circumstances that could create a Joker-like character. How it ties in to any of the comic book origins is doubtable at best. And if you feel that Joker gives you a reason to do bad stuff: no, it doesn't. It represents one man's descent into madness in a fictional setting. It's not a manual for how to live your life or to justify your own bad behaviour.
  9. 1. Rarity 2. Applejack 3. Twilight Sparkle 4. Spike 5. Rainbow Dash 6. Pinkie Pie 7. Fluttershy 8. Starlight Glimmer
  10. I heard a rumour (from Banana Rama) that @Sparklefan1234 has never been to Disneyland.
  11. I watched Joker last night. It is pretty good, with a lot of ambiguity left over, so you can really have your own take on what exactly is supposed to have happened.
  12. "Either way, you should probably keep your scrotum away from open flame."
  13. I pointed out in a blog entry once that alicorn Twilight is noticeably taller than the rest of the Mane Six, so having her get even bigger merely continues a trend. Why is it important? It isn't really, but it's fun to note and speculate about. I guess she'll end up as large as Princess Luna or Princess Celestia.
  14. I approve: Yes, I know they were in the movie... haven't watched it yet.
  15. Not really. You see, oblivion is a difficult concept to consider, but any sort of eternal existence to me seems far more problematic. Even the most amazing possible feeling, when experienced for eternity, would have to become mundane. Same for the worst possible feeling. After a while (and we've got eternity to play with here), wouldn't you necessarily become numb to whatever it was the afterlife had to offer? I assume that when I die, it'll be much like it was before I was born, or when I'm asleep and not dreaming. But then again, eternal carousing in Valhalla might be fun, for a few heat deaths at least... An odd thought experiment as to what might lie beyond is presented here. It doesn't seem like such a bad afterlife, but who knows if it's true or not. I'll link it.
  16. Yeah, I guess I thought I had more of a point when I quoted you than I think I have now. Carry on!
  17. Umm... Vegeta. @Latecomer @Goat-kunYou both lose the argument.
  18. You're still my forum BBFFF, @~C. Discord~. I think you were an admin while I was a mod, but correct me if memory fails. Still love ya! Right back at ya, @Dark Qiviut, ya lug. We've had our disagreements in the past, but where I'm not actively disagreeing with you, I tend to be nodding in complete agreement 90% of the time. (90% of the time, it works every time). PS - Sunset Shimmer pwns Starlight Glimmer (what, what?) Myself, I joined in March of 2012 (literally the day after DQ, as it turns out - wow! ) and I've had a ball here ever since. I was a contentious member at first, but I chilled out and even became a Moderator for a while (what were you guys even thinking?! ). Lately, I've been more Believer than Brony, but hey, liking one doesn't mean I have to like the other less, right? Right.) Hell, I still think sometimes think I should get my ol' blog out of the mothballs, blow off the dust and cobwebs and review every Celestia-damned episode, spin-off and comic this phenomenon we call "Friendship is Magic" has ever produced. Because whether it ultimately worked or otherwise, it had some freakin' amazing talent behind it and it deserves to be a classic, talked about for decades to come. PPS - Don't mind the smiley to sentence quota, I'm just trying to distance myself from these emotions... tl;dr - it's been a wild ride, and I feel priviledged to have been a part of it.
  19. Oh, Bacon Hair... how do we love thee? Let us count the ways...

  20. I go outside, look at the dark sky with those little twinkinling lights, scream "what the f*** are those?!", then burn down society.
