    How do you deal with someone who is always negative? I have a friend who always seems to be negative about themselves and im trying to help them, but whatever I do..it just seems to not help at all

      Its just hard and it makes me feel horrible, because I cant help them. Like, they're soooo negative about themselves, calling them an ugly beast, a failure, etc. When they are not even close.
