Considering I am losing my job to the kitchen closing down, I applied for this Cajun restaurant here in my small town. I am hoping and praying that I get it. I really need a new job and considering, they will see that I catered BIG parties before, and applying to be a waitress at a small restaurant, they may just consider it.

  Yeah, thankfully I do have experience. I catered at my last job and its pretty hard. And, instead of having the "fancy" computerized cash registers, I, however, had to work with an old piece of junk because my last job, is not "rich" enough to even afford a computerized one. Lol
