i dont think im in very good shape, im overweight for my height to weight ratio thingy.

That doesn't necessarily mean that you aren't in a healthy condition, those things are only good for estimates.

i never thought of it that way. i dont really care that much about my weight, and muscle ways more than fat doesnt it.
