      Dude, you've got to find things that interest and work toward those. I know you're gonna say "but I'm not interested in anything.." yes you are. It's there, just make it known. If you're pretty sure about what you'd like to not do (like staying with your parents and working MW) then it should be easy to deduce what you do want to do (moving somewhere nice, having an enjoyable career).
