Someone who I cared and loved for has now dumped me.

I never had a girlfriend before, though I wouldn't say it's now the end of the world.

It happens all the time, just try to cry it out, you'll get better eventually. And if crying ain't for you, just take-up a hobby to occupy your mind. Nothing worse than sitting around thinking of how it went wrong. Just remember you can always find someone else.
