Ok, maybe my mind is just playing games, maybe I believe it too much, or... I don't know but that stuff of the "hypnosis" really worked, I mean, yesterday I was so stressed and anxious, but after I heard those files (two of them), I feel so relaxed, I don't feel any change yet. It wasn't so bad as I thought. xD
