  who said so? i was just kidding and over drammatizing on the way "the aggressive russian are taking Crimea" bah... i would pay to know why the hell we Europe need that island so much... i think they just fear a possible installation for a marine base.. dunno.. (and i don't care much right now)

  I can answer you, totally free. Europe need Crimea to block our fleet in Black sea. The firepower of the black sea fleet, is incredibly high, if the USA will get the Crimea and destroy the fleet, it will seriously weaken our defenses. And then USA and all NATO could dare to begin a ground operation against us. Balance of power will be 50/50. Crimea isn't island btw, it's peninsula, I was there many times, I have friends there, and my cousin also loves this place.
