  1. Can't you ask Rainbow Dash why she switched sides, assuming that she's vocal?
  2. Sorry I left so suddenly, just had a lot going on lately. I'll be more active now, more or less, haha

  3. Ha, don't believe we've met, but I'm Gryphon Flight over there.
  4. Hey, I've seen you around on .Info, nice to see members from there elsewhere as well sometimes ^.^ Anyway, don't worry about letting tulpas speak on this thread. They have in the past (specifically Crepuscule) and I'm sure it'd still be fine now ^.^
  5. Nope. I just happen to enjoy the show and its characters, nothing more, though.
  6. To an extent, yes, but they can only use the knowledge of a host to do so. Let's say for example, 678 + 4078. Now, you might not know the answer offhand, just by looking at the problem, but a tulpa could possibly figure it out themselves using simple mental math. Of course, they couldn't use your knowledge to find out the meaning of life or whatever, but they can figure out simpler things.
  7. Welcome, welcome. Enjoy the forums!
  8. As long as given the chance and knowledge that she can deviate, she'll be fine. Don't let everything you read freak you out. Tulpas having eidetic memories is theorized but not proved. As they have so much access to the subC, it would make sense for them to easily pull things up from the past. My own tulpa, however, cannot. Metaphysics it is. I won't debate that with you, for I look at tulpas psychologically.
  9. That sounds really metaphysical, unless I misinterpret you. Are you stating that tulpas have the ability to physically interact with the environment once fully developed?
  10. Debates with tulpas are often good fun, as long as taken without hard feelings! I debate with Shira all the time, though we generally hold similar views on religion and politics. It could easily get heated, because while the host may dismiss religion as nothing, the tulpa might take interest and want to hold faith in said religion.
  11. Don't worry, there is no need to make a decision immediately. Some ponder the project for years before coming to a conclusion. My recommendation, do as much research as you can, know Tulpamancy well, and then make your decision.
  12. Oh yes, time indeed. Months, years, depending on what you plan to achieve. Tulpamancy is a lengthy project, which is why it needs careful thinking over and commitment.
  13. It's a big decision, and props to you for genuinely thinking about it before delving right in. I'd say, should you be realistically thinking about creating a tulpa, do your research. There are a few sites such as Tulpa.Info which will allow you to ask questions and do your research. The tulpa subreddit is also a good place and you'll probably recieve a quicker response to questions over there. Don't worry, there really is no wrong way to go about tulpamancy, as long as you don't jump in negatively and full of doubt. As long as you stay positive and treat your tulpa the way that you'd want to be treated, it'll likely go fine!
  14. That seems like quite the experience! Thanks for responding, I'll have to try a bit of lucid dreaming. Perhaps it will prove helpful with forcing along the way.
  15. Ahh, so you saw that post as well. Honestly, if I were following what they'd said, I'd have already violated several of their recommendations. In my opinion, don't look too much in to it. Why you make a tulpa is your business and not theirs. Perhaps they believe 'companionship' to be a good purpose and the rest are bad. I disagree with that, but that's another matter. That was an extremely interesting read! I'm curious, do you experience your wonderland as vivid as reality?
  16. That's not the kind of doubt I was referring to. The kind of doubt I meant was the stricter kind, the kind that doesn't let you believe that what is happening can even happen, much less that it did so. For example "Tulpas can't be real, there is no real evidence so how can my tulpa be real?" Is bad. Also, "What if I was parroting? Did that even come from her? What if it didn't? What if I'm parroting everything!" Will get you no where. Doublethinking is logical and won't do you any harm for the most part, but, as I said before, straightforward doubt is poison.
  17. Try to know that their is know right or wrong, some processes will take longer than others, but that does not make them wrong. My tulpa never felt like an abiotic being as I convinced myself from day one that she was a fully sentient individual and thus, that's what she was. Remember, doubt is poison. It is the one wrong thing in tulpamancy (I realize that I contradicted my first sentence). Doubt will do nothing but hold your tulpaforcing process back. Keep at it, you'll get there!
  18. You most certainly can go without a form and still be successful! Maybe, since you don't have a replacement in mind, you could simply go without a form and let your tulpa decide on it instead? I'm sure that they'd enjoy the choice of form and the freedom it allows them, and it might help the tulpa become more independent by having a matter of decision upon them.
  19. What is the hardest part of being a police officer?
  20. It can be tough, I get that. Almost like a lost cause indeed. Doubt is an obstacle, many face it. Wondering if this is all just a hoax and wondering if it'll ever happen is something that a lot of us go through. Took me months to get a first response, don't get down on yourself! For some it takes mere days, others months, and others years. Try not to compare your progress with others, tulpamancy is a subjective experience and comparing your experience with others will only stress out you and your tulpa. I'm sure your tulpa will be forgiving of something that is hard to control, like attention span issues. Many face issues with concentration, and that is something that tends to get better with practice. Keep going, try to set goals for yourself. Things like, "I'll force so and so minutes this week!". It can help achieve better forcing times, and if you set a reward for achieving the goal, will likely help you stay motivated and make longer forcing a habit.
  21. Same way you'd create a tulpa, through imagination. Think up a place, any place you want. A city, a house, a forest, the moon... Anything! Imagine yourself in that place. The details don't all have to be clear, as that will come with time. Just.. Be there. Walk around a bit, explore. Build it up as you please. Keep visiting it as often as possible, trying to make it more vivid, more real. There, now you have a wonderland. What to do in the wonderland? Anything you want. It can be a place for you to force personality, or visualization practice, or to narrate. You can explore the world with your tulpa, going swimmng or skating or anything. What you do is entirely up to you and your tulpa, the only limit is your creativity.
  22. Your choice about the height, put them at whatever feels the most natural for both of you.
  23. Generally, tulpas cannot possess unless given complete consent by the host or if the host is in a fully relaxed state (which would be hard at a party). I don't know much about 'Ponysona's' or even what they are, but it seems you just wanted to dance and maybe the tulpa gave you a little nudge to do so.
  24. Ditching? Haha, that's a term I've not heard. I like it Looks like you're off to a good start! Best of luck to you and Zephyr, I'm certain it'll all go well for the both of you ^.^
  25. Best of luck forcing! Well, it's pretty debatable how these tulpas are possible. A psychological phenomenon to some is a metaphysical phenomenon to others. We don't have much scientific research backing us yet, so believe what you will as I can do next to nothing to prove tulpas to you.
