    I am like 90% sure i have insomnia, how would i know if i am suffering from it can anyone help me out (It's 2:51 am where i am right now btw)

      well have tou wiki'd or googled it up? they might be some self-help techniques to help ya sleep (like for me, I use white noise to aid my sleep), other than that theres on those drinks that are supposed to help or you'll have to see a doctor about a medical solution.
