Heh, here I was thinking I'd be inactive from this place for good, if not for much longer...

  2. Probably freak out a bit before realizing the unbelievable power I now have. Every secret of every pony in the show is now known to me, I know exactly what they've done in situations that were either meant to be private or covered up. Add a hint of deception and the admittedly present gullibility of the Equestians and well... The possibilities are endless, I'd probably end up not using them for anything particularly malicious but I can't deny how I'd relish the feeling just a tiny bit.
  3. Magic is a name given to science one does not understand yet. Anything possible is within reality, it is therefore under the domain of science by definition.
  4. My repeated absences appear to reflect my username quite well. This is a disturbing trend.

  5. Stealthy, subtle and extremely deadly when used in the right way, rather easy to outclass when not applied with thought and intelligence.
  6. What I'm slowly coming to terms with is the loss of my mind as I grow older. Right now I'm not sure what's worse, to die younger or old with a broken memory.
  7. The smell of a new deck of MTG cards. As far as I can tell most other Magic: The Gathering players would agree.
  8. Discord has consistently shown an unparalleled ability to manipulate people against their own moral code and desires, so that might count for one sort of "smarts." (Damn it Celesitia, I know you're trying to reform him but he's really not living up to his potential caged like this.) Of course there are two ways to determine intelligence, raw cognitive processing power and skill. The latter has so many variations it's hard to list them all, the former is very hard to classify and compare.
  9. Fighting an activated combine harvester to the death with a wrench.
  10. Any, I guess. So long as they're paradoxical enough and at least one is theoretically impossible.
  11. It's a pseudo-Utopia. It therefore does not promote inherent evolution or the strengthening of a species. It's morally perfect, it's practically inferior to a harsher environment.
  12. A blue ruby. A married bachelor. A sharp sphere.
  13. That this Magick-science needs more... Something. Can't have a top-grade fiction without the Magic being more like a science than a plot-convenience device.
  14. Break through the opponent's mental barriers. Have their wills shattered by the encroaching illusions and telepathy. Watch as they do the job for you.
  15. I immediately pass out from the unbearable amount of blood escaping from my lungs and draining from my mouth like a hose with red food colouring in it.
  16. I absolutely adore Silent Hill II's atmosphere. As Yhatzee once said: "The atmosphere is like foot thick sheet of whale blubber draped over your head and shoulders." I can't put it any better than that.
  17. I'd much rather make Cyanide Poison or some other toxin healthy than a treat, removes one more weakness of the body. But if it has to be an actual foodstuff? Strawberry Liquorice, good lord.
  18. Simple. While kind and moralistic, the ponies of Equestria are far too accepting to deal with a real villain with a real darker personality. One could learn all there is need to from Twilight and Celestia after gaining their trust, only to cast them aside with the aquired knowledge at the correct moment. The most dangerous antagonists are the ones that aren't obvious villains.
  19. Stop trying to pry my thoughts from me, MLP Forums!

  20. I don't think they're actively trying to hold the show back. But as with all franchises, they have to impose somewhat strong limits. These limits won't agree with everyone, but they're put in place to keep the show itself relatively consistent in the audiences it speaks to. So yes, it isn't living up to its full potential, but this is done on purpose because FiM doesn't need to take many more risks than it already has, especially in the light it's still seen in far too often.
  21. Despite the fact that I'm almost certain I wouldn't... Connect enough with any of the Mane 6 to generate anything beyond a pseudo-friendship, I'd say Pinkie might make the best of them. I could go into detail, but there are probably others in this forum who will post in this very thread, expressing why far better than I could.
  22. It expresses my current interests and the character shares a few small qualities with myself. Other than that I guess (like all avatars) it represents me on a subconscious level, or at least some sort of subconscious expression.
  23. Every member on this forum is the best member. But Tangent gets bonus points for having an Adeptus Astartes avatar.
  24. Zaddion gently shook his head, signifying that his attention wasn't out of hunger. "I..." a shiver went up his spine, some odd images went though his head before fading quickly. Something about a... He didn't remember. "I wanna see the fruit, the colours and the shapes." His little eyes craved for information, though even he didn't notice why. There was something more to the world that he could see or touch, and his mind subconsciously yearned for the unseen. In childish innocence, the child Mage followed these feelings without guidance or true reason "Can you help me? I want to see them all."
