I'm not 18 (I'm 15) and I do it. (Even though I can never get it to work for me.)

I've tried relaxing. I've tried SO MANY different things. I've tried relaxing. I've even tried not relaxing. I tried listening to it quietly and really loudly. I've tried bassboost and without bass boost. I've tried listening to it while I was sleeping and while I was awake. I tried laying down and sitting up. I've tried being covered with blankets and no blankets. I've tried it naked and not naked. I've tried editing the files, using different binurals and different BGM. I've tried suggestablity files. I've tried putting a pillow over my face and not on my face. I've tried cuddling my plushies while I listen to it. I've tried thinking about it and not thinking about it. I've tried listening to every word and getting rid of ANY other thoughts and i've even tried distracting my self from listening to it by thinking of other things. I've tried listen to it while BARELY thinking about it. I've tried EVERYTHING! PLEASE GET IT TO WORK!

I've been trying this for so long and it never works very well for me. Could somepony help me get it to work?. I NEED to be a pony!
