Sounds like a great idea! I plan on going to bronycon this year (my first one) but kinda don't want to go alone. I don't know if there are any bronies near me thou. I like in buffalo ny and new to the whole fandom so I'm not sure. -

I am very new to herd. Only started watching the show a few weeks ago but now I'm all cought up and keep rewatching episodes when I'm bored. I first started paying attention to it when a brony showed up on comic book men on AMC and thought "what sad grown man like MLP?" Well after that I saw it everywhere and got my curiosity so I sat down and watched and episode which was the cutie pox episode. After applejack screamed out "my sister is speaking fancy!" I cracked up and was fever hooked lol. -
I'd have to go with twilight sparkle because I see a lot of myself in her. When I was younger I kept to myself a lot and didn't have many friends but now that I'm older and broken out of my shell a bit I've made some great friendships and eager to make more -

Thank you for the warm welcome It's silly about a week ago I was one of those nay sayers. Finding pictures and art about MLP and I'd think to myself "wow what kind of sad person could like a show for little girls?" But after a while the curiosity grew till finally I sat down and watched the show. My first episode was the cutie pox episode and was surprised that it made me laugh. Now here I am a 26 year old man fully enjoying the show. I look forward to making new friends here and taking the lessions of the show to heart

Hello everyone, I can't belive I'm here to be honest. I started watching the show for purelly achedemic reasons, trying to figure out what was so great about the show and out of nowhere it hit him. I fell in love with the show and I'm still not sure why. I never would have thought that I'd be here "Joining the herd" so to speak but here I am and I'm knida glad I did. I'm a bit of a shy guy and never really know what to say when I meet new people by I figured I'd stop by and say hi.
