*hugs* Just try to not be so hard on yourself... Again, I know it's a whole lot easier said than done... But it is possible... Even just minimally is still sufficient. I know... I minimally improved my outlook on my own stuff, and it actually led me back to actually feeling in the mood for doing anything again. I'm sure you can do it too. ^3^
