It definitely is. You'd have to pay roughly $150 for all the same games on Virtual Console; assuming that you even had the required console to begin with. I... Already have most - if not all - of the games, but it'd be cool to own (having had an original NES when I was young) and convenient to hook-up and play. Plus I just want to play with a Nintendo-brand NES controller again. ; _ ;

Unfortunately, the controller is going to be pretty much the same as the NES, so sharp edges and Nintendo Hand is coming back.
