Looking to get one of those babies. Probably the R5 1600. Just a minor hit in certain games and a massive boost in productivity compared to the Intel stuff is a win win.

What kind of Ryzen is it?

I have a 1600X, so pretty much the same thing as what you're looking at, but it clocks slightly higher, doesn't come with a cooler, and has a fucking annoying 20 C offset so it looks like your idle temps are in the high 40s to low 50s.

As far as games go, it generally is negligible the difference in performance. And for productivity, I've noticed 7-Zip unpacks files faster than my 6600K ever did, even when clocked at 4.05 GHz. I haven't overclocked the 1600X yet, but I'm not hoping for much more than what I already can get stock.

I mainly got it because I wanted to try it out, and I'm tired of Intel's bullshit.
