Further to my earlier post I spoke to my flatmate about his 'obsession' and he's reassured me. As well as this he has managed to pursade me to go to a future bronycon with him. Now I do admit I have some prejudices, but that mainly comes from being dragged to a My Little Pony fair 20 years ago by my older sister. Can you tell me what to expect? Will it be filled with preteen girls mobbing the people wearing costumes? Or will it be much more relaxed?

Denim&venom. I am not anti-brony it's just when you have an older sister who made you watch the old episodes that's enough to put off the most ardent fan. And how did I find this forum? Easy, I used Google!!!

Now I'm not a Brony and never will be but I need some advice. My flatmate loves My Little Pony Friendship is magic. He spends most of his spare time watching the episodes talking on forums like these and going to conventions. However hes started to become obsessed about the old episodes as well, even asking me whether my sister( who used to be a big My Little Pony fan) would give him her memorabilia! I think this is taking things too far. What do you think?
