Haha, i hope your story isn't a lenghty one.. I tried to write few fics, but i can never come up with short story ideas, so i lost motivation ._. And i keep finding new flaws in my writing >_< fixing those takes a long time. Then again, it feels like my story would need a complete rewrite instead of just fixing. Maybe i shouldn't worry about it, since finding flaws means i am improving, but still, too much for a beginner.

Yeah, don't worry too much. You're always your own worst critic. If it turns out your writing has a lot of mistakes, there are plenty of other bronies who could edit it for you. ^^
