    Does anyone else get irritated by Seaspray, head of Novo's royal Navy by his own admission, is called a General not an Admiral?

      Its not unreasonable though; if half your forces are seaponies, then they are effectively native to that environment, making a distinction between a commander on land and one at sea less meaningful.
