I heard that about DS9 and the fact that it helps build up Star Trek lore and has a huge focus on character development really makes me look forward to it.

Voyager I've seen a few episodes on television and I found it a bit iffy. The two I remember clearly are an episode in which the holodeck playing a 50's sci-fi serial is holding Voyager hostage and another where Seven of Nine is traveling back in time over and over again and it kind of gave me a headache thinking about it. XD I`m willing to give it another shot though.

Voyager is definitely a series that has to be watched from beginning to end to really find it enjoyable. It has a similar feel to TNG with the focus being on exploration, but it has a series-long story arch and really amazing continuity between episodes, so it's ten times better when you're watching it all in order.
