      I've been hearing that many transformers fans hated the Optimus Prime portrayed in the bay movies. But making threats and stuff all over the place does sound very much out of character considering Optimus would rather avoid killing if need be. Going it as among the first options is not him.

      It really isn't in his character. I mean I have many other gripes in this movie but this is by far the largest.

       

      Imagine if they did this is Friendship is Magic. Imagine that they brought back the changelings and Twilight says "WE'RE GOING TO KILL THE CHANGELINGS!! ALL OF THEM, I WANT TO SEE THE ENTIRE CHANGELING RACE EXTINCT!!!" I'd be appalled. XD
