Black Heart 1

Thanks mate

This is a story about Leo/Black and how he came to be and I little shipment (if you get what i mean) along with conflict as well A New Ruler Part 1 It's was in the middle of the night and Leo's parents arrived in Everfree forest and left Leo there and they cried silently as they walked away then disappeared into the night. Leo woke to see himself alone and in the dark he was frighten by the sounds of howling timber wolves and eerie silence of the dark forest so looked around and saw a note by the tree and read it: "Our dear son, we are sorry to leave here but we had no choice because we think you are the descendant of Nightmare Moon, the most feared of all Equestria, but do not fear for you are the Alicorn of a great king and someday you will find your own destiny and bring good to all" as Leo finished reading the note he started wandering the woods and a shack and inside a pony "Hello little filly" the stranger said and Leo looked at her and smiled "hi...are you my mother?" Leo asked "No, I am not but to find your parents you must find a cave" said the stranger "Where?" Leo "Just follow the heart signs" the stranger said as she point to a path with hearts on the trees and Leo nods and waves goodbye to the stranger and starts his journey to find the mysterious cave. A New Ruler Part 2 As Leo continued to follow the path toward the cave he came at to a stop between two roads one leading to Ponyville and the other to the cave so he sits down and ponders to himself as to where to go next. Minutes later Leo decides to continue his way toward the cave that was told to him by a mysterious pony to have a powerful relic inside...so as he enters the cave he gasps in awe at the beauty of the crystals and gems then he spot a very odd symbol in the shape of a heart surrounded in raging flames at the very end of the cave so he walks up to it and places his hoof on the center of the symbol....suddenly without warning the symbol cracks open and crumbles revealing a necklace containing the same symbol that Leo saw earlier on the wall.....then suddenly the necklace attaches itself around Leo's neck and starts to transform him but given the his strength after his long journey Leo faints. After awhile Leo wakes up to see himself at the edge of a barn then he gets up and heads inside the barn "Where am I?" He asked himself then he hears a voice inside his head "Your in the Apple Family's Barn.....you need to be in Canterlot taking to Princess Celestia" "And where do I find Canterlot?" Leo asked "All ya do is look for a giant castle, Sugarcube" said another voice and Leo looked over to Applejack standing at the barn entrance "What's ya name stranger?" Applejack asks "My name is Leo, what's yours?" Leo replied "My name is Applejack and you were lucky that I was near by because you could've gotten eaten by them Timber Wolves" Applejack said "oh...well thank you for your help Applejack but I must be going to Canterlot and talk to Princess Celestia" Leo replied with a gentle smile "Alright ill take you to her but your gonna need to hide you identity because we don't want anypony to get frighten of ya, alright?" Applejack said "Alright ill follow you" Leo says as he covers himself with a hood and cloak "Alright now try to keep up" Applejack said then started walking leading the way to Canterlot. Conflict between King and Princess As Applejack and Leo arrived at the Canterlot gates the guards of the palace stopped them in their tracks "What's your business here?" one of them asked "We are here to talk to Princess Celestia" Leo said "Hmm...alright you can go through" said the other guard then they opened the gate and let Leo through "I hope to see ya around Leo!" Applejack yelled as she trotted back to Ponyville"Alright now what?" Leo said to himself "now we go see the Princess and talk to her" said the same voice Leo heard when he was at the barn. So Leo wandered around Canterlot sightseeing and greeting new ponies here and there then continued to make his way toward the royal palace not knowing he being watched by Luna, Princess of the Moon, she flew toward Leo and stopped him his tracks "Who are thou to come here?" Luna asked "I'm here to talk to Princess Celestia that's all" Le replied "hmmm.........fine I will escort you....by the way what is thou name?" Luna asked "My name is Leo your highness" Leo says as he bows respectfully "Follow me Leo I shall take to my sister" Luna said "As you wish your grace" Leo replies with a smile...as they enter the royal palace Leo looks at the giant stained glass with 6 ponies and each one of them "Who are they?" Leo asks Luna "They are the Elements of Harmony...they protect Equestria and everyone living in it" Luna replied "oh...so they are like guardians that protect this world from anything evil that will come to anyone" Leo said "Yes, that is precisely what they do...now save thou breath for my sister" Luna said in a rather rude tone then they both entered the throne room where Celestia was waiting "Ah dear sister who have you brought today?" Celestia asked "I have brought someone who wishes to speak with you" Luna replied "I see, what is your name stranger?" Celestia asked then Leo starts laughing and suddenly his voice changes "hehehehe you should've learned better not to let strangers in your kingdom Celestia" Leo said then he uncloaks himself showing his true form and Celestia gasps in horror "Black Heart!!" Luna yells and attacks Black Heart full force and slams him into the ground "You've should've stayed in that mountain we you belong!!" Luna yells violently then Zecora enters the room "Wait!!" Zecora shouts and Luna stops and looks at Zecora "What does thou want? Zecora" Luna asked "If you do not let him bloom then he will be your doom" Zecora said "What do you mean by that?" Luna asked "I believe she's saying to give him a chance or else he will be the end of us, sister" Celestia said to Luna "hmmm...fine I'll give him a chance" Luna replied then she walked away and Leo gets back up after being tackled to the ground and his voice returns back to normal "what's eating her?" Leo asked "Well Black Heart and her used to be lovers until he went dark" Celestia said "oh...i see" Leo replied and looked back at Luna and sighed then follows Celestia to his quarters. Truce As Leo is escorted to his room Luna passes by and gives him a menacing look then pins him to the wall "I'm watching you Leo and if you make a wrong move I'll send you to the moon myself" Luna said in a threatening tone "I understand, your highness" Leo says without hesitation then Luna backs off and heads to her room and Leo continues to follows Celestia to his room "Here is your room Leo" Celestia said "Thank you, your grace" Leo replies and bows then enters his room and closes the door behind him and as Celestia starts to walk away she hear a loud roar from inside Leo's room...the roar echoes through the palace and Luna comes trotting down to where she heard the roar "Sister what has happen?!" Luna asked and Celestia looks at her with fear in her eyes and Luna walks toward Leo's room and looks inside and gasps to see Leo in a total different form with black and red eyes and a pitch black mane and tail "W-who are you?" Luna said with fear "You will find out soon who I am Luna but for now lets call a truce between you and Black Heart" Leo said "Why a truce after what he did to me" Luna said slightly tearing up "What did he do to you?" Leo asked "He force me to marry him for power and everything!" Luna yelled "Black Heart I think you owe her an apology!" Leo roared then a ghost-like form of Black Heart appeared and walked up to Luna "Luna.........................im very sorry for what I did to you........i truly am" Black Heart said Luna sniffles and looks up at him "I....ahem i accept your apology for what you've done Black" Luna said with a small smile and hugs Black heart then Black heart disappears back into Leo's body "Now since that's out of the way how about we take a walk tonight?" Leo asked the Princesses and Luna and Celestia exchanged looks and smiled "It would be a great pleasure" Celestia said "Yes, I agree with my big sister" Luna replied but suddenly a guard interrupts the conversation "Your majesty! There's been an attack on Ponyville!" said the royal guard and Luna and Celestia looked at each other and then looked at Leo "Will you help us?" Luna asks and Leo gave a smirk "I would gladly help" Leo replied then the Trio of Royals made their way to Ponyville. The Battle for Ponyville As Luna and Celestia arrive at Ponyville a group of royal guards are launched into the by some mysterious force "What shall we do sister?" Luna asked "We shall fight off these intruders" Celestia replied suddenly a table is thrown towards Luna and knocks her off balance "Luna!" Celestia shouts as she sees her younger sister thrown to the ground "Who dares to hurt my younger sister!!" Celestia yells then a group of masked ponies appear in front of her and one of them walks in front of the group "Ahh Princess Celestia we finally meet. I am the leader of the everfree rebels...and we are here to put an end to your rule" said the masked pony "Who are you?" Celestia asked "My name is Blaze" Blaze replied as she took off her mask "Why are you doing this Blaze?" Celestia questioned "I'm doing this because we are tired of you ruling over us like a celestial" Blaze said then one of the ponies in Blaze's group says "Then I suggest you go live somewhere else" then Blaze turns around to see Leo disguised as one of her group members "Who are you to-" just before Blaze could finished Leo tackled her to the ground pinning her down "Silence you mule!!" Leo roared and transformed back to normal and Blaze looked at Leo with terror in her eyes but before Leo could do anything he was attacked by Blaze's group "Hmmph that should teach you a lesson" Blaze said suddenly everything stops and then a massive blast erupts creating a huge dust storm blinding everyone. Minutes later the dust disappears revealing a dangerous form of Leo "who is that?!" Celestia asked herself then the mysterious alicorn looked over at Celestia and walked over to her "Who are you!?" Celestia shouted and the alicorn replied "I am Hellfire, Keeper of the Black Flames and Guardian of Canterlot" Hellfire said "The Keeper of Black Flames?" Celestia asked herself "Why are you here Hellfire?" Celestia asked "I am here to protect Canterlot from anything that may come harm it" Hellfire replied "Then do your job" Celestia ordered and Hellfire nods and turns around facing the rebels "If I were you...........I'd start running" Hellfire says as he growls and his mane and tail erupts turning into fire and lightning making the Rebels nervous of Hellfire but Blaze however decided to challenge the guardian so with a sword and shield she charged at Hellfire and when they both collided with one another they create a huge explosion kicking up more dust blinding everyone who was watching. As the dust clears once again the Rebels and Princess Celestia gasp in horror as they see a statue of Blaze holding up her shield for protection and as for Hellfire a minor bruise to his right wing then the rebels drop their weapons and surrender "You should know better, Blaze" Hellfire said as transforms back into Leo and Celestia walks up to Leo and bows "Thank you Guardian for helping us take back Ponyville" Celestia says as she she hugs Leo for gratitude then Luna arrives slightly injured and dizzy from being hit by a table "What has happened dear sister?" Luna asks in confusion and Celestia smiles and tells Luna everything then Luna looks over at Leo and smiles then walks over toward him and gives him a light kiss on his cheek and whispers something in his regarding to Hellfire and Leo blushes bright red and smiles back then the trio of royals return to their home in Canterlot and rest up for tonight. A Midnight walk with the Two sisters and a Nightmare As Leo wakes up after resting from the Battle of Ponyville he takes a bath then dresses himself then goes up stairs and is greeted by one of the Elements of Harmony, Rarity, as she bumps into him "oh I'm terribly sorry about that are you alright darling?" Rarity asks as she looks at Leo with a smile "Yes, I'm fine thank you" Leo says as he bows his head in respect and returns a smile then continues to make his way toward Luna's room and once he arrived he knocks on the door "Who is it?" Luna asks "It's me Leo" then Luna opens her door "Oh hello Leo what does thou want?" Luna asks "Are you ready for our Midnight walk?" Leo asks "Yes I am ready but we must see if my sister is ready" Luna replied "Alright, I'll go check on her" Leo said as he departed from Luna's room. Meanwhile in Celestia's room...Celestia sighs and looks up at the moon "Oh Leo if only you knew what Luna feels for you" Celestia said to herself then Leo opens the door "Are you ready Celestia?" Leo asks and Celestia looks over at Leo and nods "Lets go" Celestia says as she exits from her room and gives Leo a look then continues to make her way outside where Luna was waiting "Good evening sister" Luna says "Good evening Luna" Celestia replies then Leo comes out wearing a helmet covering his face except his eyes which glowed bright blue "Shall we?" Leo asked as he started walking and the two sisters nodded and follow Leo. As they were halfway near Ponyville the full moon reached over the trees and shown its light down on Equestria but it also let something loose from its cage as the Two sisters were behind Leo by a few yards talking and having fun Leo's body started to change form into a figure shrouded in black smoke covering its entire body and stopped in its tracks and turns looking over at the sisters having fun and grins then starts to walk over to them...."Uh...sister what is that?" Luna says as she points over to the strange shrouded figure "Stay back Luna, he's dangerous" Celestia says as she creates a shield to protect both of them as the figure walked toward them "Who are you!?" Celestia yelled as stood her ground "I am the shadow of your worse dreams and the Hunter of the Night.......I am Nightmare" the figure said as he leans over staring down the sisters and grins "I am here for a certain someone who was once the Nightmare of the Night and was cast away to the moon for a thousand years" Nightmare says as looks down at Luna with his pure red eyes and smiles "Nightmare Moon.........its been awhile" Nightmare says as he smiles "I do not know for who thou are but if you are here to cause trouble then begone!" Luna yells as she stomps her hoof into the ground making it shake "Fine, if you will be that way then so be it but heed my warning for when the times comes I will unleash black fire into Equestria and none can stop me..........Farewell, Luna for we shall meet again" Nightmare says as he disappears into the woods never to be seen again "What shall we do sister?" Luna asked "We must catch this Nightmare and bring him to justice" Celestia said then they returned to Canterlot and devised a plan to catch this new and dangerous threat. In the woods..........."I hope they don't figure out that it was me the whole time" Leo says then he faints and falls to the ground.
