  1. I got rid of my girlfriend a year ago after we've been dating for almost two years, and it was the best decision I made. I've been really happy this last year being single, especially after that relationship.
  2. Twilight being transformed into a princess and Equestria Girls really pop to me. I liked Twilight becoming an alicorn because it mixes things up a little bit. I enjoyed Equestria Girls because we got to see how our favorite ponies' personalities would be like in a human world. I'm pretty sure Rainbow Rocks might've changed a lot of bronies minds on Equestria Girls, but I'm not really clear on that.
  3. If anyone's interested, new short from Oddworld.
  4. Next animation "short" is almost done. It was intended as a filler but work has made it drone on a little longer than I originally intended. Ah well.

  5. There are a lot of good video tutorials on Youtube that help you with everything from the basics to what tweens do all the way to the finished product. http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLjX9SJKrPnPROi_Bc3LOBWaXi0uz61Bom ^Here's a link to a great Adobe Flash tutorial series on Youtube by a great animator that's both helpful and humorous. This will help you with everything from start to finish. http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLLOekhFFnlWer7iqH4ckQIu-CCl-v38nx ^Here's another tutorial from the creator of the fan episode "Double Rainboom" teaching some basics of Flash as well as how to use the puppet rigs that they have made famous within the fandom. If you want to really dive into animation and learn all of the fundamentals on how characters move and interact with objects within the world that you put them in, take a look at the "Animator's Survival Kit" on Amazon. It provides hundreds of pages on everything that an aspiring animator needs to learn how to make characters move with fluidity and to make everything work like oiled gears in a machine. Here's a link. http://www.amazon.com/The-Animators-Survival-Kit-Principles/dp/086547897X/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1413208251&sr=8-1&keywords=animators+survival+kit Finally, when you start working with animation, don't forget to practice, practice, practice. Practicing makes perfect, no matter what. Even if your first couple times might not be the way you hoped, keep on it and you'll get better over time. Don't forget to have fun with it.
  6. This video, it might not be the funniest video on Youtube, but it's a classic and holds a special place in my heart. I remember watching this when it was new. Oh boy, do I feel old .
  7. It's just one guys' opinion on a video game character. Even though he accumulates information to support his theory, it's still just his opinion. I'll always enjoy the Mario games and his character.
  8. Definitely Ocarina of Time for me. I wasn't the biggest fan of having time constantly being a factor against me, but since I've gotten older I don't mind it as much as I used to. It's surprising that I love Lightning Returns so much even though you're timed on everything. I do enjoy the diverse world in Majora's Mask.
  9. Happy birthday to one of the best shows ever. It's been one fun, crazy train ride the last four years.
  10. I can't wait to see how the sequel will change things up... hopefully. If it's the same game with a new coat of paint, it'll be kind of disappointing since the game isn't scary like it was when it was new. I wish the animatronics would get creepier looking as the nights pass. I know the sudden head jerks make a person feel uneasy but I wish their physical appearance would change drastically as you get closer to the fifth and sixth night. I can hope for it in the sequel .
  11. I'm heading to bed early tonight. Goodnight everyone.

  12. I miss the Tony Hawk games, especially the PS1 and early PS2 games. I always loved the secrets and cheats that were integrated into the game, they made the game so ridiculous and fun. Neversoft was a great company.
  13. Destiny. The games always online, which is very annoying. Low level cap for a game with RPG elements The looting system is terrible Terrible story with a lifeless character that you control with an annoying sidekick We were promised advanced levels of customization and we got very basic product with pre made choices and color options with small cosmetics A number of missions are co op forced and you know how people are online, especially co op games Also Bungie promising 10 years of content? I want a complete game, not a game that's promised DLC for X amount of years that will make me spend the same, if not more money than what I paid for the game initially. It was a very sub par game at best, not the "Next gen, biggest IP hit of the century" level that everyone hypes it up to be. I've played a game that has RPG elements with a good loot mechanic, it was called Borderlands. I've played a game that has guys in armor running around, it was called Halo. This is usually the light hearted responses people get when they point out the cons on a game like Destiny. I usually don't put this many cons on a game but this one..oh boy this game.
  14. Fox's voice in the new Smash Bros... it hurts. Why Nintendo?

    1. Banul

      Banul

It's so bad, he sounds like such a wiener. His brawl voice was perfect. Falco's voice is weird now too, he lost his accent.

    2. Megas

      Megas

What's really sad is that that was his original VA in SF64, Mike West

I agree, his Brawl voice was perfect.

That's his voice actor from Star Fox 64?! That guy definitely lost his touch :P.

  15. I don't have any form of autism or anything like that. I'm not bragging or anything, no one has control over things like that.
  16. Just because a pony has a small eye problem doesn't mean we should label her as disabled.
  17. Art wise? Of course, because I don't exactly know how they do it so well. I do it with my animations more often than art because after I spend a lot of time on something, I always get that nagging feeling in the back of my mind that no one will like it and I'm just wasting my time with it.
  18. I wasn't expecting that outcome of the first video, it took me by surprise. Your videos are good, and you'll improve upon your work the more you keep at it.
  19. To be honest, I don't know how people can use the auto lip sync function in SFM. It looks weird. I do it all myself.

A lot of people depend on simple RIGS to make posing the characters easier while I hate using them with a passion. Also tons of animations on Youtube that are made in SFM are either really floaty and/or people use almost all of the animation sets from TF2, thus they feel bland. Just my opinion on things.

    3. N.W.

      N.W.

Yeah, they do. But there are quite a few good ones out there, one just has to do some digging somtimes.
