Well, NPC's speak from the person saying it. As in, Suri has an NPC Forage, he's not her character per se, because he is an NPC and can be controlled by me, you see. NPC's are what some call the stopgap from an actual conversation in Forum RP's. -

Yes, yes. I know. As I said, you could have him be a Caravan guard and let him guard Caravans. You could have NPC's to talk to. Or. You could be a Caravan going through 188 Trading post . Line and Charcoal are going to be going there and meet a certain trader, and you could just be there in the situation to intervene. -

Well, the NER Troopers can direct him to their Field HQ from to any of their Posts, the Steel Rangers are a bit more tricky, since they will usually be more picky and will be at their Citadel for the Chapter, and to get there would mean you would have to do missions and be proven before getting his training Started. The Caravan guard's the easiest, as he just has to go to a Caravan Branch in the Area, have a weapon, experience and be there to get signed on. Just giving you some examples, you can get other Organizations too, like other factions? -

Hmm... Maybe your character's objective is to find a place to redeem himself, say join a group or organization. Maybe become an NER Trooper, Steel Ranger Knight, Caravan Guard, or just any such organization that has morals that mean to be good. Also, don't say the Enclave, just. no... Also, about your character, have you given karma to your character? As in, your character in his core, is a good pony, or a bad one. It adds to the morality and how others can guess how your character would react. -

Hey, I wanted to give you some advice. Make your character some backstory, motives, and an objective. I'm not saying that your character is bad, I'm simply saying that if you want to make it better, those are the ways to make it. Here's an example from my OC, Line Plucker. Backstory (Very Short): Ex-Slave, Current Trader. Parents died by Slavers and Raiders. Motives: Wants to exterminate Slavery (Subject to Change, due to Dynamic development), and to make everypony's life better. Objective (Current): Find Anaphora, to say sorry and to rejoin her in her struggle -

Well, to tell you the Truth, Most 'New Vegas References' are Canon and, yeah, as you said, it's not in New Pegasus, But it's still in Equestria, so it should at least be shown that we are keeping to both Canons, since we are going onto a Slightly unbeaten Path. I wouldn't mind having Refs at Fo1, 2 and So on, but only if they keep their Canonical Substance correct, it's fine. -

Well, it was just a thought of what you can do. And just like as I said, you can tweak it in anyway you might want. I just wanted to see if you can get close to another PC soon, since Charcoal and Line (Me) are going to the 188 to see an Old Trader Friend to get supplies and Shipments. Well around this time, they are around any Dealers around. Since at this Time the Khans are in California in the Fo:NV Universe. I guess what we'll have to make it that you'll be taking it from anon Dealers from around the Place. Where they'll probably be, is in Freeside, New Vegas and in the streets around in New Vegas, I dunno where exactly in FoE... -

When you say that, do mean that your character Neutral by the Whole, "I give no Fucks" Attitude? Also, do you think your OC could be a NER Merc at the 188 Trade Post (http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/188_trading_post). You could also be a Merc working for the Gun Gallopers (Gun Runners) and be under the Bridge, guarding the Gun Shipments while they pass, getting Food from the Traders above on the Overpass. Do you still want to be a Raider? You maybe can be the FoE Version of Chem Fiends, or shortly Fiends. You can also be a Raider that is in the town Ana's in, but to go there, you better not mess anything up. -

@Scribblegroove Not much Story-wise, there's some stuff that'll be considered Spoilers before being Revealed, but not that much. I wonder, is your character Morally Good, Neutral or Morally Evil? It will determine alot... -

It's Two Traits, actually. And about your character, if you would give him a Classification what would it be, Trader, Slaver, Backstabber, Merc, Tribal, ETC -

@TheLineTrotter Oh... Well, if you know Line's Backstory, the pony that's there should at least have to be a Trader and be an ex-Caravan Trader with Line. And the Pony Moved there after there from sometime from staying in the Caravan. So he should at least be Young Adult to Elder. Anything like that'll fit -

@TheLineTrotter Maybe he can be one that is working there, if you're wondering the place I'm talking about. It's Fallout Counterpart is The 188 Trade post from Fallout New Vegas. It's a Place that has A guy, his Daughter, a few NCR Soldiers and an Arms Dealer. I listed those to tell you the NPC's there, maybe you can mold Him/Her to fit one of them. Although none of them can beat the Fabulousness of Veronica :comeatus: -

Hey guys, If you have anyone that wants to be a Trader-Based Pony, I got a Good spot open for them to be Introduced. It's a Highway Trade Post, that has a Friend of Line's or at least was in her Caravan at a Time. As I said, It's Open. If no one wants to take it up, then I'll Make He/she an NPC. I would suggest the same, and plus, however interesting your character may be. It makes you both in a Tricky spot and an unusual one. So you can do two things: >Make a New OC and start anew or >Restart, as the others are saying, and move your character's position to a more desirable position than Ponyville -
@Charcoal Embers I was talking to the Paladin about the specifics of what he wanted to get sent through the lines. Then I was realized that Charcoal, who was right next to me in the back room of the Library, was dazed out. "Uh, you Ok, Charcoal? Ya kinda look like you've seen a dead pa" Which kinda struck me weird when I said that, as I had that experience Yesterday. Anyway, I snapped back into my conversation with the Paladin, He said, "Ok then, Tribal, we need these as soon as possible, so be quick. And to be sure that you won't be running off doing anything, we'll be sending Knight Lily to scout you tribals." He then nodded, I did the same, and started talking to the rest in Power Armor. I started to walk out the door, remembering the things they wanted, which is weird, probably my backround in being a Trader. I noticed Charcoal, Oh dear, is she scared about them? OH SHIT! I forgot! I ran back inside to the Paladin. I ran back into the room galloping and stopped next the the battle ready Paladin. He let down his guard and said, "What is it, Tribal." I replied, winded from the gallop. "Ana... phora... where... is Anaphora?" The Paladin acknowledged and called a Scribe of some kind. The Scribe then walked out into the Main Library area and walked back in, floating a peice of Paper with his horn. The Paladin looked at it, and replied to me saying, "Well, it seems there was a sighting for her in a Warstruck town. However, we can't give you her location of her just yet, you need to finish your Trade Mission before you get to know." Feeling both satisfied and crushed at the same time. I heard Warstruck, "Wait, did you say Warstruck?" Immediatly the Paladin stared back at me and grudgingly said back, "Classified!" He readied a battle stance, I backed off, saying "Ok, Ok, I get it, that's a sensitive topic." I started walking out the door again to Charcoal, who was in the main Library. I called her to walk out, "They know where she is, but we need to do this first, they've got us on this one." I said as we were opening the door. When out, I got Tom and got set with the Steel Ranger's Caps for the mission. We set out for the Closest Trading post around here. It was a Highways Trade post. It looks like we're going to be seeing an old friend again...

@Charcoal Embers @00Pony ((Broadcasters can move and change locations while retaining signal while walking)) "Wha- Wha?" I had been sleeping for a few minutes when I saw Charcoal, "What is it?" When I was awake again, I still had my headaching thinking of my dream, damn have I been wrong? I walked into the area that she seemed to have come from, and it suprised me. It seemed to look like somone built Vault-like rooms into the Caverns and I saw some equipment too, although behind locked gate. I focused on the center of the room, where there is a pony next to a broken Radio and a box. I went closer, seeing some uneasy tension in the room some reason. I was about to open the box, but to the right to Line, she heard clopping in the surounding edges of the room, out of their sight for the Darkness. I yelled, "Hello, who's there?." No answer. I looked back at the box, opening it slowly, seeing it half way as something metal, but before I could really open it, a clopping sound appears again. "Ok... We ain't alone..." I said to myself quietly. Oh, this is just great.. "Who are you?" I start to see a figure form. An earth pony mare, who had a light armor of some sort. "The name is Lily, I'm wonderin' what you're doing here." Uh... This was unexpected. "W-we were stayin' for the night, while we're lookin' fo' a Friend." I said in a Sheepish tone. I shouldn't be scared, I've been in way worse situations. Lily replied, "Ok then, I'll have to know who it is you are looking for" I dunno why I replied but I said, "Anaphora, I'm looking for Anaphora" I saw her eyes widen, I saw her press a button on her suit and said into it, "We've found some tribals looking for Anaphora, Paladin, What should I do?" Wait?! She's a Steel Ranger?! A voice came back in the room tinny, a deep Stallion's voice echoed, "Bring them to the forward base, Knight Lily. We might need them aswell." Well, shit, here we go. I saw the Knight Lily walk out of the room saying, "Follow me now" I said urgently, "Why are we goin'?" She replied, "Because the Paladin wishes to talk to you about matter's to help with" And then we gathered our stuff, the broadcaster and we walked. We walked to the Steel Rangers Forward base, but in reality, it was just a library in an abandoned town from outside a forest. We walked inside, and they were doing the weirdest thing, reading books. We walked in and I saw a Unicorn in a Red Robe, the Stallion looked up at me and said, "If you're looking for Paladin Crossing, He's in the back with the other knights" I saw Lily nod and trotted into through a backdoor in the Library and saw 5 other Steel Rangers, with one in particular looking quite sure of himself. I'm guessing he's the Paladin. I saw Lily gesture us in to the room, while she went into another room for... something, I guess those rumors about them eating nails, back fired at them. Anyway, I walked into the room with Charcoal with me and stood in front of the more assertive and More Battle damaged Suit of armor. I wanted to make it that he has to introduce me. However, it's a Steel Ranger, and I'll have more likely to have a drink with their 'elder' than to have that happen. So in other words, I had to introduce myself. "Excuse me, Paladin Crossing, I am Line and this is Charcoal, we were sent here to help you guys, and I think you're Knight Lily mentioned that you knew where she is. I do this, you get to tell me where she is, got it?", I saw the Monolith of a Pony turn his head at me and stared me in the eyes, though I didn't know because of his Visor. He stared and said, "Accepted, though we only know where she went and where she's going to, not where she IS" I felt my heart both flutter and whimper at those words. "You're mission, Make a trading company supply the Steel Rangers in the Mountains." I was shocked, "Wait, how did you kno-" He jabbed back, "We've been tracking you ever since we've seen you with Anaphora. So we sent an Operative to spy on you and it turns out you seem to be able to do the job" I have a quest? Great, now it's going to be like one of those roleplaying games people play, now is it... I walked outside, I said to Charcoal, "Ok, step 1: Get to my Tradin' Company..."

On my part, preferably not, because all Alicorns at this point are controlled by the Goddess -
((This one is going to be short and in a single place because Charcoal isn't responding)) @Charcoal Embers Oh my goddesses, what did I just watch. I walked back over to where I was sleeping, picking up the corked bottle of Vodka I must have knocked over. I sat back down again on my bedroll, looking into the fire seeing the same image of my former slaver Father getting killed mercilessly. I don't know why this is happening to me now, I've seen Slaves, hell, I've killed 'em. But this is all different now, the tables have changed. I deperatly look away from the fire to stop myself from getting that image stuck in my head and make me go insane. So I look toward the small stash of Ammo and bag of booze. I took out the booze, Whiskey this time. I knew that if I keep doing this, I'll never go back, but What the hell. I drank the whole bottle and passed out

12.7mm NATO may be the same as the .50 Cals but .50 Caliber is more well knowns. And also .40 S&W is a more useful round, because again, the seperation is the amount of powder and the velocity of the leaving bullet. And Also, the 12.7mm can still technically be a .50 AE because it's just the diameter or the bullet.
