      Well, a Moderator's duty is mostly managing the community along with handling reports and giving warnings. A MLPF Staff Member has a pretty decent range of jobs we can do, such as Q&A, Tech Support, Event Coordinators, and several other things. I guess you could say we have specific jobs. ^^
