    I really wish I could be better friend and cheer other people up more, but I can't even do that for myself. I don't really understand how anyone can stay in a good mood all day.

      not sure pineapple on top counts as "mixing". I can see why pineapple is problematic though, the juice is pretty acidic. there was always the whole forest fruits version?
