  1. If you think about it, it takes thick skin to watch MLP FiM at first. You have to get past the barrier of insecurity in regards to watching something "girly", and realize it's okay and shouldn't matter. Due to the way socialization works, that's something that repels allot of men in society. But after conquering that insecurity, you then realize how entertaining and well written the show actually is. That's merely going off my experience though. Everyone has a different story.

      I saw someone on YouTube in the comments tell a guy that they’d never get a girlfriend because they liked MLP. I told THAT person that I’d never date someone who’s masculinity is so fragile that it’s threatened by a cartoon horse.

      And what a shame too. It's such a fun show, and they might have liked it if they weren't insecure.

      I know right? Heck what’s even worse for me is when someone just shuns animation as a whole because “cartoons are only for children”. It’s just blows my mind. I thought people would be less susceptible to peer pressure as they age, but it seems like some people just get worse.
