Primarily what I mentioned in OP. I'll creep around for a while seeking to interject my peculiar geocentric notions here and there while planting as many seeds I can before forces beyond me shut my activity down or I receive new direction from the Almighty.

I'm thinking that the end is near

Seriously on all counts.
I made a blog post explaining a bit of it. Go read it and inquire more from me.
Also, how have you been?

How did you find MLP Forums?: Been here before
How you became a fan of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic: Because I rejected Christ, I became easy prey to the predictive programming of the NWOOnce a self stylized minister of Celestia, but I've been to jail since then, found Christ and discovered everything I ever thought I knew was a lie.
I'm returning now so that everyone will know that this change is real and I recant all my previous beliefs that I use to talk about here.

Now let me tell you why:
I can completely understand why any rational being would question the divinity of Luna. That's a question that makes sense, as opposed to the opposite and completely ludicrous question, "Is Celestia divine?"
Don't be silly.
It is SELF EVIDENT that Celestia is indeed divine. Everything about her is perfect including, but not limited to:
- Her color scheme
- Her hieght
- Her diet
- Her voice
- The way she blinks her eye
- The way she walks
- The way she trots
- The way she trips and checks to see if anyone was looking then warps the fabric of time and prevents herself from tripping rendering this example irrelevant.
- Her fine china collection
Really, I could go on. All day if I had to...I kinda want to.
But I digress.
In an effort to be "open-minded" I gave your arguments some merit and after flawlessly eviscerating them in a cold, logical, and systematic fashion, I posit -no- Reveal a great mystery of Her Holiness which has been withheld from you poor mortals until this appointed time.
Really, you should feel very lucky...
~Faust, Creator; show has done nothing to counter this statement since then so it still reigns trueWrong.
For you see, Faust did not predate Celestia...
Celestia predated Faust!

I'm not that pure a soul. I would use this thing and sleep well at night.

I've escaped from reality via video games, daydreaming, TV, and also drugs.
Can't recommend the drugs.

I got my credentials of ministry in the mail a few days ago....
soooo....
As a minister of the Universal Life Church I'm naturally obligated to uphold only two tenents:
1. Promote freedom of Religion
2. To do that which is right.
The second one is a delightful catch-22 that by itself isn't really that helpful at all.
At the same time that's about all that can be said since what's right changes from situation to situation. There's a lot of room for debate and interpretation and we can spend all day looking at our selected holy texts trying to piece together a solid set of rules to live our life by as much as we want, yet we still find ourselves caught in this gray-zone of uncertainty that requires us to look beyond the text and within ourselves to figure out what's right.
If fought a vain fight today and perhaps made no headway in the goal I wanted to. Was there any merit in it? I fought with conviction. but perhaps it was a form of tribalistic conviction. Tribalism is not truth, is it?
Conviction does not always play well with tolerance. Conviction in tolerance means tolerating opposing convictions.
Tolerance means compromise. Conviction hates compromise. Conviction in compromise is a compromised conviction.
Easy to speak of religious tolerance. Hard to do when the spirit is burning inside you.

Nostalgia is a silly thing, it makes people think that the period they were born in is superior to those in the future, though if you went back in time things would actually get worse rather than better.
Debatable.
Some things were better, if not all things.
For example, there wasn't obamacare.

Starlight Glimmer.
Flim and Flam.
Sombra.
Cadence, just to name a few.

After running the data through the most powerful and dynamic computer ever invented in the history of sapient life the final conclusion is that that most likely middle name that Rainbow Dash has in light of her her upbringing, diet, physiology and personality would be on a 99:1 chance being:
"Earl"

Late vote yo!
Fashionably late
Always gotta roll in style.

That was terribad. But it's better than my rap voice XD.
Voted Celestia. (completely unbiased decision)

I think I'm coming back to the forums.

Perhaps the best episodes to date. I really couldn't find anything wrong with them.
Pinkie Pie really shone in this too. It feels like the writers finaly heard all the complaints of her character being dumbed down and returned her subtle intellectual acuity from the parasprite episode.
Starlight is also an excellent villain. Glad she wasn't turned good at the end of the episode.
As a whole the episode is well done critique against marxism in the form of a children's show. You dont see that everyday.
Spectacular.

Edit:
Updated post. Finished piece. Not as creepy as fist sketch imo.

I don't know if this will make it too unsubtle, but would making the irises not touch the eyelids make it better?
It depends.
Smaller irises would make things a bit more edgier, but I'm not trying to be edgy. The subtlety of uncanny valley is that there is no overt danger actually present but things are just a few degrees to the left from normal and keep you uneasy. If I went with smaller irises then that would suggest that she is crazy and a possible overt threat.

So I've been working on my art and I wanted to know on a scale of 1/10, how much nightmare fuel this image is worth.
Edit:
I finished the project, choosing to spare you the horrible atrocity of the first picture for this superior, albiet less creepy version.
Ladies and Gentlemen.
The Real Pinkie Pie.
Or as close as I can get.

I recently-ish kinda learned/figured out/theorized that the reason why it always seems like the trip back from the next town over seems shorter than the trip from home, is because new information takes the brain longer to process than old information.
If you haven't been to the next town over in a while (or someplace completely new) the brain takes a bit longer to process that information...however, on the trip back, it seems shorter because the brain has an easier time processing the data since you've been that route before.
I suppose its a bit subjective, but its the only thing that makes sense whenever I come back home from longer than normal trips.

Once again I found myself too busy to lend support Celestia due to real life baloney.
Ah well. I can't blame myself I suppose.
In any case I voted for Rarity to spite Sunset. :comeatus:

Woo! Go Celestia! Still in it to win it!

I am utterly disgusted with my neglect to show more support for Celestia in the emote contest...
(tbh, I was kinda busy, but that's still no excuse)
It will keep me up for many a night.
However!
I will not fail to support her in this competition!
It's time to turn this thing around!
Bam! She's cute!
Boom! She's Regal!
Pow! She's..s-she...you know what, she's got a real Burlesque vibe going on there with the wings and that look that sorta sucks you right in and you could just get lost in forever and ever and ever an...

I read Jared Diamond's book as well. Very good read. Didn't get to finish it all though, and lost the book

What are you thinking?
in General Discussion
I'm thinking that aliens are demons and demons are the spirits of the giants that died in the flood.
