    To be honest I would really dig a new 2D Mario game that wasn't just a New Super Mario Bros sequel and had it's own art style and world themes

      I could dig that for sure. The "New" style got so stale super quick. I would lose my mind if they brought back the original Yoshi's Island design and style.
