      OH PIFFLE! You know how easy it is to just pull something off a passing dead body and ram it into place, or barring that, just make a simple magical copy of it to graft onto yourself?!There's always something around to grab inspiration from! Literally!Worse case, you can always just implant your consciousness into somebeing's limb.
