Okay, so I researched on what happened between you and Phosphorous. Apparently she didn't accept you because she felt that your OC's weren't good enough. While I do think that was a bit rude, maybe she was saying that your OC's could use a bit more work. Taking a look at them, i'd honestly say they could be improved some. So don't take it as that much of an insult.
