    Hey all, I am postponing my reading since I have been sick all morning. If I feel better I will do this ad hoc and post a status update giving everyone a heads up. Sorry all.

      Pls feel better soon, there's this remedy I used to take all the time. Garlic really fights sicknesses like a natural anti-biotic, I blend it with cucumbers, whole lemons and a generous amount of honey to make a semi-spicy lemonade.

      If it's a cold, try sleeping with Vapor Rub and socks on your feet.  Really seemed to help me get over my last cold much quicker.
