      Firstly, by saying that "evolution is scrutinized, hence why it now considered a fact and theory" as a defense against the argument that evolution is fallible, means that if a single piece of evidence is wrong, then you are wrong and evolution is not infallible. We don't really have time or space to get in a full blown debate here, so that's why I'm not
