@Stormfury: It doesn't matter. Because the so-called "final straw" (that ultimately resulted in the ban) was a case of misinterpretation on the part of the acting mod. Pure and simple. Therefore, the ban itself was a mistake. Even if he'd gotten banned the day after for a REAL reason, he ought not to have been banned for a misconstrued "offense." That they seemingly went out of their way to dig out of his status.
