Yeah......i'm over in NJ/NYC and it too is very competitive field to find a job in, . I was working in a business/financial building for 2 years in IT Support and even had a private forum, with steps in case clients run into problems. (TBH, im surprised we used that and MS Exchange, lol). But I think if i work back at my college, it will be a little more comfortable.

Still, I wonder how much admins are paid here on those forums. Is it by hour or month ?

Not sure................however, I think they're actually volunteers, but then again, who's paying for the sites b/c I say the rates at IP Board (my former job used quite a few of them, so i understood the functions a little more), and I was blown by the price. Yet, I also heard that half the site was written but Im not too sure of it.
