Elegron

There was a nearly invisible shard of glass on the ground, and I was absent mindedly spinning around in my chair. Next thing i knew my foot was bleeding ._.

Elegron recoils from the bullet, immediately looking for the sniper. he sees the glint of a scope and ducks for cover, levitating out a health potion. "sniper to the north east!" the wound is closing, but he doesn't have time to wait, he kept out from his cover and decides that the others might be too busy to deal with the sniper, so he pulls out his own rifle and lines up the sights. 'breathe out.... steady..... don't jerk the trigger....' the shot rang out from the powerful rifle.

Elegron sees that there's an attack coming from both sides. he knows he won't be able to as effectively block an attack from behind, so he waits for the perfect moment..... just as the bolts fly in his direction, he teleports just out of the way to watch the chaos about to unfold from his little magic trick.

Elegron sees the telltale signs of a shield spell and springs into action. he teleports into the group of unicorns and blasts them with a magic area attack to their horns. his offencive Magic wasn't good enough to do any real damage, but it certainly give them one hell of a headache, and break their focus. Elegron quickly takes a slice at the closest enemy unicorn, and gets ready a guard spell.

As many members have noticed, the server has slowed almost to a complete stop. if this isn't a DDoS, then what is it? I'm curious now.

Elegron puts on the new armor and it fits him perfectly. It's a little hard to use at first, but as a quick learner Elegron makes do with it. He realizes that it is much like everyone else's armor. Fortunately, he could fix that when he got back to the base. however, it's too heavy to use effectively without training so he takes it off and stores it for later, putting on his old barding.

[stable dweller] Elegron catches a glimpse of a blue mark on his EFS and quickly looks in its direction, but whoever was there had already turned the corner. "wow.... that's..... interesting" he says, salvaging what he can from the armor suits. he sees a very shiny magical shield and picks it up. "anypony want this? I'm not a shield pony." he sets it back down casually before picking up some extra armor plates. maybe he can reinforce his security barding when he gets back.

"dyna, it's not going to be like that. I know how that works, and this is different. both dash and Crystal are perfectly fine with it, and you'll like Crystal, she's really nice." he gives dyna a hug "things may not make much sense right now, and even I'm a little confused, but we can get all those things sorted out." he says, smiling.

"well huh. I guess if dash is ok with it... meh, I'm open minded, so alright. maybe things will be different this time Crystal." he says with a smirk. "and I promise, nothing like what happened in the stable will happen to you again. none of you for that matter, not on my watch." 'I'll tell them sometime when dynas not around. she doesn't need to hear it' he gave dash the look that if she had her future memories, she would know all too well. "can't wait to get back to the base"

"dyna, it wasn't your fault. you didn't mean for anything to happen.... but think of us like your family now" he says with a smile "the wasteland is tough, and I know you've been through a lot, but you don't have to worry now. we will make sure nothing happens to you. that's a promise."

"dyna, I didn't exactly plan that. I guess she misinterpreted what I said, but honestly, I'm really only in love with Dash." he Elegron says, still blushing a little. "Crystal is a close friend, but that's as far as it goes. there's a difference between loving someone, and being in love with someone." 'aw crap, what if Crystal is serious? I don't want to do that to her... but still, I can't pretend to be in love with her.'

such shades of red of only been heard of in legends until now. "uh.... right.... if you excuse me, I'm going to dig a hole and bury myself." he jokes as he follows the group with the weirdest half grin on his face. "so uh... dash, I didn't exactly plan that you know." he says awkwardly.

Elegron looks at Crystal for a minute then finally responds "I love you too, but after what happened.... I'm sorry. I didn't think I would ever love a mare again after that until I met dash..... well, at least we understand each other. I just can't let that happen to another mare. and if it happens to dash....." he went silent. "enough about that, sorry for being so depressing, we should get going, we can talk more when we're done, and hopefully about more cheerful things" he said with a smile before turning to follow dash. 'ugh i hate how this world works sometimes, this is so complicated. why did I say that I love her too? I just can't let go of the past huh? we're just close friends now. who have slept with each other. DAMNIT! I need to stop thinking about that. I need to just stop thinking. yup. not thinking, just do the mission...... I'm still thinking to myself aren't i? "they're getting bored" 'who's getting bored?' "I shouldn't say, but have you gotten the sense that everything we say and think is dictated by another?" 'well maybe, but that's just because I'm crazy' "probably." 'ridiculous. not even IM that crazy.'

Elegron walks up to Crystal. "how did you get out? unless you left just after I did....." he really did not want to bring up the incident from last year, but he knew it still bothered her. "so... how are you doing? we haven't talked in a while." he doesn't seem bothered by her not being a normal pony. after all, he isn't normal himself.

"dyna, let's take it out" Elegron says as he charges a bolt of fire and looks at the lift, waiting for just the right moment. he realizes that he doesn't have much time to wait, and sends the burst of fire hurtling towards the lift. 'as soon as this is over I need to talk to Crystal. how did she even get out of the stable? and after everything that happened.....'

I've changed a lot in the past year. I went from a forever alone nobody, and completely flipped that around. My life has been nothing but uphill since becoming a brony. Regardless, even today I still can never tell whether someone is expecting a handshake or a high five xD.

"I gotcha sand" Elegron yells as he runs to help the pony with his now smoking void blade. if it were any normal sword it would have been trashed by now from all the bullets. He slices through one of the guards fighting sand with relative ease. "let's end this."

Elegron hears the minigun motor rev just in time, and he slices through the barrage of bullets. Elegrons speed was certainly impressive, but not even he can match that of a minigun. several small rounds still chew at his barding. at least he was giving cunning some time. "dyna, I hate to say it, but right now, we may need whatever plan sand has"

sand sees the end of a purple energy blade "don't joke about that, it's not funny. Pegasi have suffered horrible deaths by that thing." Elegron puts away his weapon. "I don't care if your a little crazy, I think we all are, but at least have some consideration for those around you." He says adamantly.

"doesn't sound too kind if that's what your going for cunning" Elegron replies with a smirk as he walks beside dash. "sand, I haven't seen anything like that, so I can't help you there, but I'd rather you not shoot us on accident with a minigun. if you do use something like that, keep it under control"

Elegron walks over to dyna and dash "hey dyna, you wanna know something? I had a brother once. his sacrifice was the reason I am here today. he gave his life so I could escape a horrendous monster from the stable. your not the only one who lost family, but we're in this together. we're your family now" he says with a reassuring smile
