      I liked his early work with System of a Down, never really listened to his solo stuff.

      if you liked SOAD's Mesmerize, you'll also enjoy his album Elect The Dead, as it's basically more of the same thing as it. his newest album, Imperfect Harmonies, is a completely new kind of musicla direction, blending rock with orchestra sounds and influences of electronica. vastly different from what he used to do, but i love it, still.

       

      also, Mesmerize is the best SOAD album ever.
