I'm quite an avid anime enthusiast. I tend to prefer shorter, darker, and more serious shows rather than the many long-running shonens and such. Some of my favorites would be Ergo Proxy, Code Geass, Elfen Lied, Madoka Magica, and Baccano.

I've always had a fondness for this one, I just think the style of it was really well done, and I love how it highlights every major villian the mane cast has faced. It feels like a book you would find in Twilight's library. -
I currently have Rarity and Pinkie, since those were the only ones in stock when I went. I'm really hoping I manage to obtain a full set before the promotion ends. Does anypony have any idea how long these are going to be available? Actually buying the ponies was quite entertaining. I'm fortunate enough to go to a university with a fairly massive amount of bronies, so we went in a large group. The woman at the register was rarther confused when we requested to purchase a dozen pinkie pies and 7 rarities, but we were able to purchase all the toys we wanted individually, without buying the happy meals. Hopefully we'll be making another trip this weekend to obtain the more of the set. -
How many of you "ponify" your electronics?

My laptop has just about reached maximum levels of ponification. Got a pony wallpaper, firefox theme, icon pack, desktop ponies running around, as well as the Ponify browser extension and the new Ponyhoof facebook mod. Also got a pony wallpaper for my phone. -
I'm Solar Savant, feel free to call me Sol for short. Just happened to stumble upon this place, and it seems like a very active and friendly forum, so I went ahead and signed right up. I was a casual fan of the show itself since the first season, I would watch a few episodes here and there when bored, never really venturing beyond that. However my interest in both MLP and the fan community really took off after I decided on a whim to attend BroNYcon back in January. Since then I've been astounded by all the amazing original content this fanbase has generated, from art to music to animation and beyond. Pretty incredible how MLP has practically taken over my life in the span of just a few months. What else to say about myself? My interests outside of pastel-colored cartoon ponies include science, books, and video games. I read entirely too many webcomics. I'm a perfectionist by nature, so I often spend way to much time reading over my posts, and they sometimes can get a bit lengthy. My favorite pony would be Fluttershy, although the pony I personally relate to the most would be Twilight. I suppose that's good for an introduciton. Looking forward to making lots of new friends here!
