    I remember in 2011, this fandom saved my life. But it feels like it's killing me now. I can't run away just stand in the corner and be knocked down over and over again.

    It depends on the media and the type of IP. You know they banned them reading of fanfiction to avoid lawsuits. If you create something you do have the copyright. I don't blame Hasbro for the C&D-s. I'm not having negative opinions about that.

    I miss the old days. The show was nice, the fandom was small it was a really special thing. I still remember when I was confidently a pony fan back in the day. I even consumed fan made media and stuff like that. I still lack an escape strategy. Wish I had any.

    Heh, the game project idea made me remember that mlp has villains in it. Silly.

    Pony game: You can make your pony. You have to guide her trought filly hood into marehood, she can be any of the pony races (beside alicorn) you could meet and have minigames with other players/ponies. It would use pixel graphics and have the tows and locations as a travelable place. You could take on quests for the named show ponies. Yes, I am bored at work.

    They do. The main difference comes from 4chan in this case where Bronies usually ended up making little clubhouses where they had names and trips and good feels while "ponyf@gs" preferred to keep the original 4chanish tone and anonymous stuff. Also there are the independents who don't call themselves anything.

    Of course we shouldn't be too judgmental about different parts of the pony liking crowd. They just have different values. They don't like the broohofy, cuddly wuddly stuff. That's all.

    Actually I rememeber that the 4chan's /co/'s My little pony General hated bronies a lot. I started my pony experience there back in the day. They were usually busy picking on them and acting all superior about it. Good 'ol times.

      :D I'll be looking forward for that. We probably won't make it happen alone anyway. Maybe we'll recruit a team. And look at it this way, after developing something like this you can always jot it down in your resume. That'd be something impressive when you're searching for a new workplace.

      I have totally cut the fandom exposure I had but when it comes to the show. The fear of the unknown. I still don't know how I'll beat it.
