      It takes place in this large city-sized school for espers; those who gain specific powers in some relation to science, IIRC. It follows this one student who comes across this girl who, herself, comes from wizards and apparently has many, many magical grimoires stored in her memory...something like that.

      Sounds interesting. I did a quick search on netflix on demand and it wasn't on there. But I'm sure they have it on dvd.
