That's one of the unfortunate things about the legal system for yah; unfortunately. Unless something can be approved beyond the shadow of a doubt, there isn't much that can be done. The wife needs to admit to that; it worries me that she doesn't. >_<

I tried recording it all too, but the police listened to it and told me that "they don't hear anything". -__- I'm SO done with them. The polise is way too nice in my country, and it bothers me with stuff like this.

Anywhoo, it'll eventually solve somehow I suppose! We're doing our best to take him down, at least we're DOING something about it!
