I'm gonna say it; I love Rings of Power, and it's not just because of the visuals and the music. They're great; no question there.
I love most everything that's been presented. I've never read the books, but am familiar with the legendarium as presented in the Silmarillion & such. The Rings of Power is taking liberties with the lore and personally, I can accept that, but understand why others can't. I remember when the films came out and how many Tolkien fans ragged on them as well; even moreso with the Hobbit. But they have the right to voice their opinion, and that's fine.
That said, I love how both Numenor & Kazad'dum are portrayed, I've enjoyed every main character, and even tho I had misgivings about the Harfoots, they feel so natural & such. Really pleasant!

I can't believe it, but after so long I may have a new favorite piece of classical music. For many decades Igor Stravinsky's "The Rite of Spring" was long my favorite piece of classical music, but after listening to Hector Beriloz's "Grande Messe des morts" (his Requiem) I was left literally breathless. Usually while I like requiem masses like from Mozart or Verdi they never really left THAT strong of am impression. Boy...wow...
Then I also listened to "Te Deum," also by Berlioz and now I...can't pick a favorite between the two *_*

I have never listened to Berlioz's "Te Deum" before now, and I am just...awestruck. I cried as I watched. Amazing stuff. <3

Perhaps you are. I have not been very pleased with what the entertainment industry has been putting out for the past 8 years now. I certainly won't watch Amazon's stuff while I very very carefully might give HotD a watch since I have heard from people that while it is not good, it is at least decent compared to earlier GoT~

Owl House is such a good show OMG. If I had to rank it; it'd be #2 behind MLP:FiM and ahead of an old favorite; Blazing Dragons.
(this ain't counting anime; that's it's own ranking :p )
