  1. Keep on reading my friend. There is plenty of good content to come. Also, our good friend Tommy Oliver/Bronycurious also seems to be a good fan of the comics...well, the first arc thus far anyway. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C0hREPzeQNo https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b7ewn6ZOR4w
  2. Honestly, that is one of the main issues of the Micro comics. I mean, they're good fun in their own right, but at times...they seem wonky. I mean, the Rainbow Dash #2 is a good example of that as well; not to mention Fancy Pants in Fluttershy's micro.
  3. Well, between the two, Coke is the winner for me, but when it comes to dark soda in general, RC Cola stands above them all. Anymore though, I tend to avoid dark soda in favor of things like water, tea, and juices.
  4. Well, my experience to the older generations is limited. I watched "Return of Tambelon" so I can say that G1 at least has some VERY interesting concepts and ideas. I also get what people say about G3/3.5 being horrid. Heck, I agree. I watched a few episodes from that era. However, I'll make a good case for G2, or My Little Pony Tales. Heck, Tommy Oliver does that for me here. This...really makes me question the morals that this era of the show presented.
  5. Eh, there are worst ships, but for me, it's one of the least interesting out there. I mean, they're almost TOO perfect and honestly...while like can attract like, that doesn't really mean they're the best for each other. Honestly, I like Cheerilee or Fleetfoot more for Mac. As for Fluttershy...she does fine as a single mare.
  6. Kissed by this? I'll pass. >_< However, this.... ...I wouldn't mind so much. XD
  7. I supposedly lost my man card YEARS ago because of my tendency to cry at times; judging by being threatened with having to wear a dress at a young age. Ponies have nothing to do with it.
  8. Well, I tend to collapse mentally if I am pressured enough. I mean, I'll either break down and cry or I'll explode in anger. There have been instances where my anger got the best of me and I freakin' YELLED at my parents over something...which, oddly enough, they never really blamed me too much for...so, I dunno. In the end, I know I have a temper, and it doesn't help that I sometimes tend to keep my feeling bottled up at times. Also...I'm a bit lazy, and I don't exercise. Honestly, I want to take better care of myself, but...I just don't. I also have a stubborn streak...
  9. Well, the obvious answer for me would be to have Twilight Sparkle and Miles "Tails" Prower as my awesome nerdy/geeky siblings. XD Of course Gabriel Belmont and either incarnation of Spyro wouldn't be bad either.
  10. I think it is fair to say that Scorpan was a lot more open-minded than Tirek ever was. Once he saw the kindness of the ponies, it turned him, and he eventually became friends with Star Swirl (who wouldn't, he was awesome in the comics). Probably nothing more than that.
  11. Pretty much, so it's safe to say that Celestia & Luna will eventually grow old and meet death at a VERY later time. Probably by then Equestria will revert to a democratic republic or socialist state unless there are other true alicorns we don't know about.
  12. My Mustache. I would say my whole face...maybe not...I dunno...
  13. Well, my unofficial top five: 1. The Crystal Empire 2. Twilight's Kingdom 3. A Canterlot Wedding 4. Rarity Takes Manehatten 5. Read It and Weep
  14. Well, I'm a heavy thinker by trade, so I tend to think of various things while I shower (PM shower, I don't shower in the mornings). Sometimes I'll think about life, issues, MLP, video games, or whatnot. Heck, I can make up situations for my various OC characters and develop my characters from there. Thinking is FUN!
  15. Honestly, it doesn't look anywhere near as bad as you guys say it does, IMO. I mean yeah, the mouths are weird, but I liked the style there were going for. Kinda reminded me of an old comic. Really, as much as I loved Dexter's Laboratory, I believe that had worse animation in parts.
  16. It's neither yes or no. I mean the show's target audience is still the little children, and they're likely still the ones largely buying the toys & such. However, the brony community does have some influence. I mean, would the show have had dark villains like Chrysalis, Sombra, and Tirek if it weren't for the bronies? Would there be a comic series running without bronies? Honestly, the answer is a bit more complicated than some may give credit for, but it's there regardless.
  17. It is more implied that she is his daughter; but it is never explicitly stated. Honestly while there really isn't a wrong answer, I think the case is stronger with the two of them being related.
  18. Well, the boring answer is that it is how the writers wanted it; no further explanation meaning. However, that's no fun. In the end, Canterlot is the more ancient of the two (Canterlot is even mentioned in the Journal of the Two Sister, along with the Crystal Empire). The ponies living there have grown used to the style and heritage that the place represents and thus, we have what we have. If we go by the official map, we see that Manehatten is located at the coast; which is a good spot for a city centered around a harbor. A nice, sizable population helps to grow the city and as ponies move in and a younger population grows, technology begins to form a major backbone of the city. My Little Overthinker: Speculation is AWESOME!
  19. As Spyro the Dragon said, "I'd say the sky's the limit!" Anywho, we have assortment of creatures as it stands. I mean what the heck is Ahuizotl? I'm sure there's a whole society of creatures like him somewhere!
  20. I LOVE tea; especially iced and citrus green tea. As for coffee...blech! Never liked the stuff.
  21. Well, while briny community has shown to be reactionary to certain things (Derpy, Twilacorn, Equestria Girls), it just seems like to me the Sonic fan base is MUCH worse at it. I mean, it seems like if Sega does one thing, one half of the fan base screams bloody murder. If they do something else, the other half gets upset. I dunno, and I could be way off in my assumption, but that's just my (limited) experience.
  22. Well, I'd say it got bigger around the time the hype for "Twilight's Kingdom" was building up and when the episode premiered. I mean, that was a GOOD episode, so the attention was justified. As for right now, I'd say it is stable. As another post mentioned, fans are more in a casual mindset with some following the comics and waiting for "Rainbow Rocks." Besides though, we still have some fan material to digest, so we're good.
  23. I have to say that this arc started off brilliantly! Of course not the epic quality of the AU arc, but pretty good thus far. Also...
  24. I tend to view Equestria as a collection of self-ruling city-states that hold to the ideals of a an overruling monarchy considering how people revere the royal sisters. My thoughts anyway. I mean we see that major cities like Manehatten & Cloudsdale as being a major part of Equestria, but they rarely refer to Caterlot as the ancient Romans would refer to Rome.
  25. I went to Concord University in southern West Virginia; graduating after four years. My god, what a beautiful campus that. It's still a place I miss dearly...
