Any good tips on how to de-stress and stop anxiety? It's been a hell of a couple weeks.

Well I'd say some heavy excersise too. You see, stress is all caused by a high adrenaline rate over a long period of time, while doing nothing to release it. From what I've heard just running somewhere like crazy should help relieve a good bit off stress. But you should also take on what caused the stress in the first place (easier said then done probably) so you won't end up stressed again.
