  Hello everyone! This is a question I've had itching and me and decided to put it on the forums. My question is can all the pony races become alicorns? In "Twilight Sparkle and the Crystal Heart Spell" it says Cadence was a Pegasus turned into an alicorn (I have not read the book. Just heard about this part.) But, this could be only in the book.

  We know from Twilight becoming an alicorn that unicorns CAN become alicorns and up until today I thought only unicorns can become alicorns. If the book and the show have a different story of whether Cadence was unicorn/pegasus/earth pony  then there is a possibility she wasn't even a unicorn or Pegasus, instead she was an earth pony. In "A Canterlot Wedding" flashbacks show Cadence WITH wings AND a horn so she was an alicorn when twilight was young.

  As far as I know, Princess Celestia and Luna were born alicorns so they don't really help with any evidence. Since the show never talks about Cadence's alicorn story and the book does, I think I believe that Pegasus can become alicorns and if Pegasus can become alicorns, I would assume earth ponies can, too.

  So my conclusion is that ALL the pony races can become alicorns. What's your theory?

Big Mac would have a SQUEEKY voice. Spike would not know how to write. Princess Celestia would be a filly again. Princess Luna would turn orange. Spitfire would not be abled to walk on clouds. derpy would be allergic to muffins.

Well, I really didn't think I would. I liked the older generation 2 toys and though this new show ruined it. Then after watching it, I thought g2 ruined the new one. :3

Actually, that's kind of how I ended up liking it. I watched the Brony documentary and was like "Phh, this show. Come on!" Well, I DEFINITELY proved myself wrong. Times a million...

Okay, so after reading other replies I have my pairs:

Aj and Rainbow- had a whole episode on it, always hang out

Fluttershy and Twilight- Fluttershy and Twilight talk together alot

Rarity and Pinkie Pie- I think they are bestest friends but have a weird way of showing it

Which of the mane six are the bestest friends. Ex: Rainbow Dash and Applejack. I mean which ones would you pair up as bestest friends? I'd say Rainbow Dash is closest to Applejack than any other pony and vise versa. Those two are really the only ones i can really think of. So what do you think?

I was also wondering this. I guess it's just the fact that they are humans. MLP was better as just ponies to the fandom, I guess.

I hope MLP goes on for a LONG, LONG, LONG time. Like Sesame Street, I guess. I know this is wishful thinking, but if it ended up like this that would be AWESOME!!!!

If Hasbro does end it, I think the brony fandom WILL find someway to bring it back. I hope this show goes on until there's no more possible ideas left for episodes.

We have to remember there are younger viewers of MLP. Some of my friends talk about five year olds they know who like to watch the show, too. So, I'm going to go with gargoyles. Some creatures may be too scary to even try to make them less creepy for the younger viewers. So, gargoyles get my vote. Oh and hippo griffs. I saw a mlp version and it looked cute.

Okay, the truth is I really wish the mane six were real, but not humans, still ponies. So, which one of the mane six would you make real? I recently decided Applejack was my favorite over Pinkie Pie because of reasons (too long to explain). So, I guess I would make Applejack real. Anyways, which mane six pony and (if you want to explain) why?

Oh and PS I just ordered my first My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic merchandise EVER. (I own some things from older generations.) It's a stuffed plushie applejack and it was SO cute! I was going to get Derpy because she is my VERY FAVORITE pony, but I want to get the mane six of these first (probably take a while to get all of them) and then Derpy. So yay!

Yes, I draw. I'm not exactly great at MLP's though. The shape of the head always looks funny.
