    Very nice chibi-esque art. I especially like the more jagged look you went with for the tip of her hair on the front, as well as the sharper curve on the end of her tail.

    Equestria Girls is one of those movies I know are bad, but i can't help loving. The story is terrible, the romantic subplot is awkward and lifeless, the ending is rushed, you've heard all these reasons before. The one, main thing I found redeemable about the movie is that I find the idea of Sunset Shimmer's redemption interesting. Not the way it was executed, but the idea that a villainous character gets turned around and essentially becomes the Twilight Sparkle of that dimension, i.e. being the central friend among the mane 6, is fascinating to me. It's like Twilight's story, but with a backstory of having been evil/villainous.

How you became a fan of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic: My cousin, who is practically a male incarnation of the show's ethos, showed me it. Howdy hey. I like ponies. You like ponies. We all like ponies here, so here are some other things I like. I like people. I like the stories people tell. I like how the stories people tell reflect who they are. I like being part of the human experience. I like being alone. I like that strange, special something that makes our world go round, that makes the world big and beautiful and scary and lovely. I like finding that something in the stories people tell, and in the people themselves. I found that something in ponies. So, here I am.
